Hi, my name is Jeremy Lovelace and I'm the founder of HFX Training. We are really happy to have you with us on this, our Applied Strategic Management course.

The course is tough and to get the most out of it, you will need to read and re-read the scenario manual, watch the instructional videos, take notes and complete the pre-game exercises.

Once the game starts, you'll need to be prepared and alert to the news items and in-game crises and at the end of the game, you should take time to analyse where you did well and where you could have done better.

With our optional coaching sessions, we are always available to discuss your strategy and give you some feedback.
