By accessing a course on this website, HFX Training’s course delivery platform, (with the URL at courses.hfxtraining.com), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained herein are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
• The School's Courses are frequently supported by 3rd party simulation software, and by accessing a course on this website, you may be given access to a seat in a simulation game. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by HFX Training at any time.

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

The school is the exclusive distributor of 3rd party simulation software providers, with the sole right to distribute their software. You agree to not, either directly or indirectly, interfere with, circumvent, attempt to circumvent, avoid or bypass the school, or obviate or interfere with the relationship of the school and any of these 3rd party simulation software providers for the purpose of gaining any benefit, whether such benefit is monetary or otherwise. You also undertake not to make use of any third party to circumvent this paragraph.
